Your day begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Merzouga.

We start by exploring the vast golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, where the silence and beauty of the Sahara create a truly unique atmosphere.

We travel across different desert environments, from soft sand dunes to rocky plains and hidden oases.

Each habitat offers its own wildlife, giving you the opportunity to observe desert-adapted bird species and other fauna that thrive in these extreme conditions.

During the day, we visit a traditional nomad area, where you can experience a glimpse of local desert life and hospitality.

You’ll enjoy tea with a nomad family while learning about their lifestyle and connection to the desert.

We continue our journey to explore seasonal lakes (if present), fossil areas, and wide open desert landscapes, stopping along the way for birdwatching and photography.

In the late afternoon, we head back toward the dunes to witness a breathtaking sunset over Erg Chebbi—one of the highlights of the experience.
